In this position you maintain good relationship to existing customers and execute the daily transfer-business. Moreover you develop new customers/business for a defined product portfolio. You understand market needs and help to address these demands with the coordinated key aspects of the existing product strategy.

Your Tasks

  • Drive the implementation of our strategic approach and achieve sales targets
  • Design-in to develop/create new business in the key segments as well as other applications with highest technical & quality requirements
  • Project pipelines development and management
  • Support and secure transfer business commercially and technically via HQ and Shanghai application engineering supports
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities internally in the Asia region as well as HQ and Shanghai to ensure global alignment
  • Arrange frequent and regular customer visits in all key regions and establish good relationships with top level representatives
  • Represent ODU Hong Kong during fairs, exhbitions and events
  • Collaborate with AC and PDC to initiate/develop new solutions intersecting the market trend

Your Profile

  • University or above, preferrably in mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering
  • Minimum 6 years sales and marketing experiences in electronic industry is a must
  • Familiar with design-in/spec-in and buying processes in Medical, Industrial and Test & Measurement markets
  • Demonstrated skills in selling, key account management, collaboration, communication and influence
  • Fluent writing and verbal communication in English and Chinese Mandarin
  • Based in Singapore and fulfill the local labor law requirements
  • Hands-on, highly self-motivated/self-initiated, team player and independent
  • Proven track record of creating new business and growing sales is a necessary
