Project Manager (m/f/d) Cable Assembly for Sibiu

Everything from a single source! The perfect connection system is an optimal interplay of three central components: connectors, connection technology and the right cable. In this position, you will be part of the project management team and work closely with all colleagues involved in the project. After an induction phase at the Sibiu site, you will work at the headquater in Germany for at least six months before returning to Sibiu with your acquired knowledge. Here you will also act as a link between the two locations.

Tasks

Management of projects for contact and connector solutions with cable assemblies
Definition, planning, control and monitoring of projects
Responsibility for the success of the project throughout the entire product development process up to series production readiness
Defining project goals and risks with the project team
Checking and coordinating customer-specific requirements and changes, as well as managing communication between the various stakeholders
Project completion with target/actual comparison and handover of the project to series production
Leading interdisciplinary and intercultural teams at different locations

Qualifications

Technical degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or further technical education
Professional and methodological competence in project management and business management knowledge are desirable
Knowledge in the field of contact and plug connections with cable assembly solutions is desirable
Fluent in English and Romanian, German language skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel
Strong problem-solving skills, high sense of responsibility as well as communication and teamwork skills
